Another bonus of regimented sleep is that you will look a lot younger than others your age who do not take sleep seriously.

Stop being stressed out. Those that get involved in hobbies, art projects, making/listening to music, cooking, playing sports, you name it, are bound to have less stress and live longer. A study in the Journal of Advanced Nursing showed that people with chronic pain who listened to music through headphones for one hour per day had less pain and depression.
